Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end CFO Advisory and finance transformation programs and projects
- Drive strategic initiatives to redesign financial processes (Record-to-Report
- R2R, Procure-to-Pay
- P2P, Order-to-Cash
- O2C)
- Manage teams, workstreams and both internal and client stakeholders
- Oversee ERP implementations and upgrades, including SAP S/4HANA
- Work on improving governance, controls and operational efficiency
- Manage scope, risks, timelines and budget, maintaining a strong interface with executives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (Production, Industrial, Civil, or related fields), Information Systems, Information Technology or related areas
- Advanced or fluent English (mandatory) for participation in global or regional projects
- Availability to travel
- Proven experience leading financial transformation projects and/or system implementations
- Experience in complex environments and with mid-size to large clients
- Analytical ability to structure diagnostics, analyses and recommendations
- Strategic vision and decisiveness
- Strong team management and executive stakeholder management skills
- Executive-level communication, influencing skills and results orientation
