Lead end-to-end CFO Advisory and finance transformation programs and projects
Drive strategic initiatives to redesign financial processes (Record-to-Report
R2R, Procure-to-Pay
P2P, Order-to-Cash
O2C)
Manage teams, workstreams and both internal and client stakeholders
Oversee ERP implementations and upgrades, including SAP S/4HANA
Work on improving governance, controls and operational efficiency
Manage scope, risks, timelines and budget, maintaining a strong interface with executives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering (Production, Industrial, Civil, or related fields), Information Systems, Information Technology or related areas
Advanced or fluent English (mandatory) for participation in global or regional projects
Availability to travel
Proven experience leading financial transformation projects and/or system implementations
Experience in complex environments and with mid-size to large clients
Analytical ability to structure diagnostics, analyses and recommendations
Strategic vision and decisiveness
Strong team management and executive stakeholder management skills
Executive-level communication, influencing skills and results orientation
