5+ years of experience in full-stack development or similar roles
Proven ability to maintain and improve existing web applications
Proven ability to architect and build web applications from the ground up
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, NextJS, and modern frontend frameworks
Experience working with APIs and backend integration
Familiarity or interest in AI-assisted development tools
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Can interpret Figma/Adobe XD mockups accurately
Understand typography, spacing, and layout
Care about pixel-perfect implementation
