Generate proposals from behavioral insights that impact the tribe's OKRs.
Analyze usage data and conversion flows to identify friction and opportunities to improve the user journey.
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Constantly iterate on the product based on quantitative results and qualitative feedback.
Document the design process and ensure high-quality deliverables for the IT team, ensuring faithful implementation.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in digital products, preferably with exposure to Growth or e-commerce teams.
Data-informed design mindset: ability to interpret metrics and translate them into design solutions.
Experience working with design tools (Figma required).
Ability to iterate at high velocity without losing sight of design system consistency.
Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments and communicate complex ideas simply.
Research experience: use of quantitative and qualitative methods and tools.
