Serving as the dedicated technical resource, assisting the customer with optimal platform configuration and use case strategy to drive maximum value
Aggregating technical challenges and collaborating with Guardicore's services and support teams to ensure speedy resolution
Building a complete picture and success plan of a customer's environment, processes, and deployment characteristics
Becoming the internal champion and voice of the customer, liaising with product, support, services, and other teams for long-term success
Maintaining operational excellence, managing to key KPIs including Net and Gross Retention, NPS, and Customer Health
Working remotely with our customers, with the ability to travel on-site when required
Requirements
Have 7+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Networking, CyberSecurity, or DevOps, in a customer-facing role
Demonstrate a working knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and basic cybersecurity principles
Have troubleshooting and deployment experience with Windows and Linux environments, and building solutions with basic scripting and API (i.e., Python, REST)
Have proven experience in developing productive relationships with multiple levels in an organization, from CISO to Engineers
Demonstrate communication and presentation skills with passion and excitement for learning, business communication and embracing new technologies
Possess CISSP/ CCSP/ CISM/ CEH/ CCIE Security or any of the following from GIAC (GCIA/ GCIH/ GCED/ GMON)
