Founder's Associate Intern

Role Overview

• Serve as the primary support to the CEO in developing both the supply and demand sides of our marketplace.
• Collaborate with the CEO on market approach and customer engagement, and execute go-to-market initiatives.
• Help shape the company’s long-term strategic vision by working closely with C-level executives to identify new growth and innovation opportunities across all business areas.
• Support operational tasks and provide flexible assistance across the company, handling a variety of tasks and urgent projects as needed and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
• Prepare for upcoming fundraising rounds and maintain investor relations.
• Help manage and maintain relationships with key partners at the C-level.
• Collect customer feedback on our products and conduct product demonstrations.
• Contribute to expanding Carovo in Business Development and Product.

Requirements

• Completed or currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, management, or a comparable field.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Interested in gaining insights into the different areas of an early-stage company and potentially preparing to found your own business.
• Interest in sales or a willingness to develop sales skills.
• Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Analytical mindset, well organized, and enthusiastic about automation.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills.
