Role Overview
responsible for growing individual book of business within portfolio of existing accounts
proactively engage and reach out to accounts on a regular basis
build relationships to develop cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

maintain strong relationships with stakeholders for customer satisfaction

utilize Salesforce for accurate documentation and forecasting
maintain knowledge of market conditions
