Role Overview
- Monitor and manage the Department's internal KPIs
- Provide analytical insights into performance results
- Track project progress and coordinate monitoring dashboards
- Propose and update performance indicators for projects
- Collect and synthesize information to produce reports
- Develop communication strategies and prepare messages for the Department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Background in business administration or equivalent
- Project management skills
- Excellent writing and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in French and English
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools
- Interest in technical and HSE topics
- Autonomous, proactive, and a strong team player
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic attitude
