Conduct interviews, workshops and meetings with stakeholders to elicit, analyze and prioritize requirements;
Prepare and document functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed process flows;
Act as a facilitator in agile ceremonies, ensuring clarity of requirements and smooth communication between the team and the business;
Plan and manage functional, integration and user acceptance testing, consolidating results and supporting approvals/homologation;
Assess the impact of new requests and changes, proposing solutions and communicating implications to the business and IT;
Serve as a business and systems subject matter within projects, supporting functional decisions and ensuring adherence to established rules;
Identify and propose improvements to processes and systems, applying industry best practices and leveraging technological capabilities;
Support end-user enablement through training and supporting materials;
Mentor and support the development of junior analysts by sharing knowledge and promoting best practices;
Collaborate in the management of the product/project backlog, participating in refinement and prioritization of requests together with stakeholders;
Support solution prototyping (screens, reports, flows) for validation with business areas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Administration or related fields;
Experience in IT business analysis;
Knowledge of TOTVS Datasul;
Experience in business specification, implementing improvements, maintenance/support and testing;
Strong communication skills with internal clients, including conducting and leading workshops, trainings and meetings using visual communication tools;
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst;
