Learning materials: Create, maintain, and optimize training materials in the online classroom. Ensure content is up-to-date, visually appealing and aligned with our branding. Collaborate with our team to develop innovative course content.
Mentoring & Support: Support participants as a sparring partner, mentor and point of contact for questions about projects, tools and the bootcamp process. Offer individual 1:1 mentoring via video or audio calls and provide personalized feedback on project work. Conduct interactive small-group sessions on relevant topics that enrich the learning experience.
Organization: Document learners' progress and attendance. Carry out onboarding and offboarding processes and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Passion for product and technology: Enthusiasm for digital products, their development and the application of AI in product management.
Practical experience: Initial professional experience in product management; experience in support, mentoring or supervising students/customers—ideally in the education sector or a tech environment.
Strong communication: Empathy and clarity in video calls, presentations and in interactions with participants.
Ability to communicate and present appropriately for the target audience.
Organizational skills: Structured working style, goal orientation and the ability to maintain an overview in dynamic environments.
Technical know-how: Confident use of CRM systems and digital tools.
Willingness to learn: Interest in diving deeper into Product Management & Product Design, building up, deepening and sharing knowledge.
Language skills: Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher).
