Serve as the Technical Product Owner for PBM Coverage Review products, acting as the single point of contact for requirement clarification and prioritization across Software Engineering teams.
Own and maintain product roadmaps that align business value, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities.
Lead weekly backlog refinement sessions with Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, and QA partners to ensure user stories are well‑defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
Facilitate and actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with business users and cross‑functional partners to understand end‑to‑end workflows, articulate clear requirements, and define measurable outcomes.
Translate epics and features into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria, enabling predictable and high‑quality delivery.
Support Product Increment (PI) Planning by estimating and forecasting work for upcoming quarters and aligning commitments across teams.
Monitor progress against PI and sprint commitments, proactively addressing risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
Contribute thought leadership by continuously improving product processes, agile practices, and team collaboration.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Agile Delivery roles.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles, with hands‑on experience working as a Product Owner or similar role.
Proven experience using epic, feature, and story tracking tools, preferably JIRA and/or JIRA Align.
Background working with backend processing systems, rules‑based systems, and UI‑based platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional environment with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Expertise in: Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Systems Analysis, Documentation and process definition, Stakeholder communication and alignment.
Hands‑on experience with application development concepts and software delivery lifecycles (preferred).
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning within a product or technology environment (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (preferred).
