Conduct visits and deliver targeted training to franchise units
Support and develop instructors and franchisees, promoting integration and continuous training
Adapt the approach according to each franchisee’s profile and timing, ensuring correct application of the Kumon Method
Plan and conduct trainings tailored to each unit’s specific needs, strengthening operational autonomy and quality
Prepare Reports and Follow-up Plans
Develop action and monitoring plans based on key indicators (enrollments, IC6, TMP)
Prepare visit reports and keep information up to date for support teams and managers
Monitor results and propose continuous improvement strategies
Support the implementation of digital tools and ensure the organization of schedules and processes
Contribute to plans and initiatives to strengthen the Kumon brand
Coordinate and Conduct Meetings
Coordinate and present regional and general meetings with franchisees, ensuring clear communication and integration across units
Provide support for meetings with students’ parents and for brand-strengthening events
Act as a bridge between headquarters and units, maintaining a consistent and transparent flow of information
Customized Consultations
Offer consultations aligned with each franchise unit’s needs and profile
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recommendations, analyze results and propose specific development plans
Promote the exchange of best practices and strengthen the franchise network
Data Analysis
Manage and analyze data to track unit performance indicators
Interpret results and propose strategic actions that support sustainable growth and improvement of key metrics
Use digital tools for monitoring and to support decision-making
Satisfaction of Franchisees, Students and Parents
Contribute to the satisfaction and retention of franchisees, students and parents through a close, empathetic and results-oriented approach
Support events and initiatives that promote engagement and strengthen the Kumon brand
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed)
Intermediate English (desired)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills
Experience with franchises, business areas, commercial/sales areas and/or consulting (experience in education will be considered a differential)
Experience with social media and general technology
Availability to travel
Reside in Ribeirão Preto and/or surrounding region
Alignment with the education field, and with the company’s method and philosophy
