Serve corporate clients with a focus on international travel, delivering high-quality service and operational efficiency while respecting SLAs and complying with mandatory processes and each client's specific requirements.
Prepare quotes, make bookings, issue and reissue airline tickets, reserve hotels, arrange car rentals and other travel services.
Advanced use of systems such as Sabre, NDC, E-LATAM, and others.
Provide specialized consultation, recommending the best routes and fares.
Ensure compliance with clients' travel policies.
Provide problem resolution and traveler support before, during and after travel.
Act quickly and decisively in emergency situations during travel, offering immediate support to travelers and finding efficient solutions to ensure their safety and continuity of travel.
Manage the entire travel servicing and management process with a high level of care, attention to detail and quality of delivery, ensuring the best experience for the client.
Maintain close relationships with clients and suppliers.
Work schedule: 12x36 night shift, from 20:00 to 08:00.
Requirements
Technical and/or higher education in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or equivalent fields.
Experience in customer service, quoting, booking, ticketing and reissuing domestic air travel; domestic hotel bookings; domestic car rentals; domestic bus travel; travel insurance; and group air, hotel and tour bookings domestically.
User-level knowledge of systems: car rental and airline systems, and lodging distribution platforms.
Proven experience in travel agencies or TMCs, with a focus on corporate service.
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Sabre (GDS) and online booking tools (OBT).
