- Delivering strategic advice on Learning & Career strategies for the business
- Collaborating with HR partners on Learning & Career initiatives
- Implementing strategic learning and career development initiatives
- Anticipating staffing and skills gaps
- Initiating communication and change management plans
- Delivering talent insights and market research on changing Learning & Career needs
- Updating leadership on Learning and Career journey
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in talent management and organizational development
- Project management experience
- Advanced expertise in talent assessment, succession planning, and workforce analytics
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in the financial services industry (preferred)
- Formal project management training or certification (PMI) (preferred)
- Professional certification in HR related disciplines (preferred)
- Proven experience with HR analytics platforms and strategic workforce planning (preferred)
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and organizational effectiveness best practices (preferred)
