Develop a methodology for tracking technical SEO results
Ensure the team meets delivery deadlines by creating solution plans with individual team members when necessary and defining delivery priorities
Ensure continuous improvement of the technical quality of deliverables, focusing on increasing clients' health scores over time
Serve as the technical reference/mentor for the team, supporting the development of technical SEO expertise and directly handling more critical or complex scenarios to ensure delivery quality, with an AI-driven approach
Assist the team daily with technical questions
Be responsible for onboarding new members of the technical SEO team
Analyze team management data to identify wins, lessons learned, and areas for improvement
Act as an interface between other teams, the client services team, and the technical SEO team, communicating relevant information as clearly as possible to support decision-making
Introduce technological innovations within the company, promoting faster processes that deliver value
Support SEO management in refining products and processes
Attend sales/commercial meetings when required
Implement SEO optimizations on client websites, especially in more complex scenarios
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a developer
At least 5 years of experience in SEO
Experience with major market technologies such as .NET, PHP, and JavaScript
Experience with AI applied to SEO
Experience with major CMS platforms (WordPress, VTEX, Shopify, Nuvemshop)
Knowledge of site structure and architecture, and installation of modules/plugins
Experience in people/team management
Experience in project management (deadlines, prioritization, and organization)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
