Analyze the sales team's results and performance across all dimensions (volume, margin, product family, delinquency, etc.)
Lead discussions with the Manager regarding budget variances
Present your area's results to the commercial team
Monitor sales budgets, expenses, returns and sales forecasts for your area
Monitor the commercial staffing levels
Support and inform the sales team on routine matters such as product discontinuations, performance analyses, sales reports, client bulletins, etc.
Collect data and support analysis of sales processes and PDCA cycles
Implement sales targets in the commercial system
Open and follow up on legal requests and pricing requests (product operating result) as requested by the manager
Comply with sustainability, quality management, food safety, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting or related fields
Postgraduate degree in related areas
Advanced MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Intermediate/Advanced Power BI
Minimum of 6 months' experience in the area or related fields
The following will be considered a plus:
Experience with sales routines/processes
Experience with costing and budgeting
Customer service or account management experience
Familiarity with the company's products
