Recruit and onboard influencers and creators into affiliate partnerships.
Manage outreach, relationship-building, and partnership negotiations with creators.
Support affiliate campaigns through platforms such as Levanta and Amazon Creator Connections.
Track campaign performance across revenue, ROAS, engagement, and overall results.
Monitor budgets and help optimize campaign performance based on data.
Source, collect, and organize UGC from creators for brand use.
Prepare regular reports with performance insights and recommendations.
Coordinate creative briefs, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication with partners.

1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related role.
Experience recruiting, managing, and negotiating partnerships with influencers or creators.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms and creator partnership tools such as Levanta and/or Amazon Creator Connections.
Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing space and performance-driven campaigns.
Ability to track and interpret key metrics such as ROAS, revenue, engagement, and campaign performance.
Experience sourcing, organizing, and managing UGC from creators.
Strong written communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and creative briefs.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships at once.
Experience working with ecommerce brands is strongly preferred.
Experience working with U.S.-based brands, audiences, or creators is a plus.
