Manage a portfolio of clients (high-complexity clients in terms of criticality, size, revenue and relationship) by developing commercial relationships between the client and the brand to ensure all needs are met accurately and promptly.
Conduct contractual negotiations and manage coverage of active policies by monitoring renewal dates of proposals with each carrier and/or insurer to ensure contract revenue is maintained.
Ensure relationship management between the client and carriers and/or insurers through regular alignments and monitoring of the services contracted by the client to ensure operational efficiency and satisfaction with the contracted services.
Conduct negotiations with carriers, insurers and/or clients by gathering the data and information required for the renewal process to ensure that adjustments fully address the client's needs.
Prepare reports and presentations with key indicators by organizing data and performing quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide clients with policy performance results.
Participate in market studies by conducting research to collect data for proposal development, seeking options that fully meet client needs within the renewal timeline.
Present market study findings to clients in person, by phone and/or via digital tools to demonstrate options that meet the client's needs.
Complete all required controls for Market Studies, Renewals, Adjustments, Commissions and Brokerage, Health Management, Committees, Strategic Meetings, etc., by entering the necessary data and information to ensure delivery of the agreed scope of work.
Act as a trainer and/or point of reference for other team members by providing training and guidance so everyone can effectively use applications and work tools to achieve results.
Identify improvement opportunities by mapping processes during execution and applying procedures and workflows, proposing actions that enable continuous improvement to consistently enhance products and services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of ANS (Brazilian National Supplementary Health Agency) rules and regulations, implementation of accounts and/or client portfolios in the Corporate segment, and insurable and non-insurable benefits
