Role Overview
- Stay informed on character animation and rigging techniques and trends
- Summarize customer needs and goals in themes, epics, and user stories
- Work closely with product management for alignment with business goals
- Prioritize user stories for team focus
- Collect and respond to customer and stakeholder feedback
- Ensure transparency and understanding of team focus
- Maintain quality over quantity in deliverables
- Own the product backlog,
- Foster creativity and innovation within the team
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience film/tv/game production working as a Rigger and closely with Animators
- An intimate understanding and point of view on customer problems related to Character Rigging and Animation
- Experience creating and/or using AI/ML tools in character authoring
- Proven ability to work within cross functional teams on sizable productions and/or projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
