Acting on behalf of several of Australia's major banks and non-bank lenders on secured and unsecured recovery matters
Managing a portfolio of files
Preparing and issuing legal documents, including statutory notices and court documents
Acting as first point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communications via specialised online web-based portal
Outbound and inbound calls with defaulting customers
Liaising directly with customers in relation to sensitive financial matters to come to suitable arrangements
Working with lawyers to progress matters through Courts

Ability to work under pressure and deal with sensitive matters
Law students should only apply if they have 2 years (or more) left on their degree and if they can commit to a minimum of four working days per week
Previous experience in secured or unsecured recoveries is favourably considered
