Plan and execute Training & Development (T&D) actions;
Conduct training needs assessments (LNT/DNT);
Develop learning paths and training programs;
Support onboarding and leadership development initiatives;
Build and monitor Training & Development (T&D) indicators (KPIs);
Prepare presentations and executive reports;
Act as a partner to business areas and leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed;
Experience in Training & Development (T&D);
Experience conducting training needs assessments (LNT/DNT) and delivering development initiatives;
Experience with LMS platforms and learning paths;
Knowledge of learning methodologies;
Intermediate to advanced Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides skills;
Experience in instructional design for in-person, online and hybrid formats;
Curation of educational content;
Postgraduate degree in the area is desirable;
Experience with leadership programs and organizational culture is desirable;
Knowledge of active learning methodologies or AI applied to T&D is a plus;
Clear and didactic communication;
Systemic view and strategic thinking;
Organization and time-management skills;
Proactivity and a sense of ownership;
Interpersonal skills and ability to influence;
Analytical capability.
