Establish and maintain the interface between areas involved in projects and processes;
Act as a solver of complex problems across diverse projects throughout the company, applying agile methodologies, Lean Six Sigma and related approaches to problem solving;
Serve as a coach for sponsors and project teams;
Lead the planning and execution of excellence projects, monitoring progress and results;
Support continuous improvement initiatives through process diagnosis, mapping and redesign;
Facilitate and organize excellence events (workshops, bootcamps, improvement sessions);
Develop content and presentations, building executive data-driven storytelling to support forums, committees and management rituals with clear, objective, decision-oriented narratives;
Oversee governance and monitoring of the area’s indicators, ensuring consistency, currency and reliability of information; develop, maintain and analyze dashboards and management reports in Microsoft Power BI.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree;
Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred);
Experience with agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Sprint, Design Thinking);
Experience building, analyzing and managing BI indicators (Power BI, advanced Excel, management dashboards, data modeling);
Ability to translate data and metrics into clear executive narratives (data storytelling);
Knowledge of processes and products related to the education value chain is desirable.
