Responsible for driving and developing the Husqvarna Home Service channel in the southern part of Sweden.
High operational focus with emphasis on sales performance, partner coaching, and presence in day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with Home Service partners and van operators, supporting them in customer consultations, installations, and sales activities related to robotic lawnmowers.
Drive sales results and follow up on key KPIs such as sold units, conversion rate, and NPS.
Building strong, long-term relationships with partners and acting as a trusted commercial advisor.
Requirements
Proven experience from field sales, ideally combined with a background in retail or store-based sales.
Experience working close to customers, dealers, or partners in a commercial environment.
Ability to coach, influence, and follow up performance without formal line management.
Proven ability to work independently and structure your time in a field-based role.
Strong understanding of the sales process, from consultation to follow-up and conversion.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Driving license required.
