Design, implementation, and further development of integration and automation workflows using iPaaS platforms
Connecting external systems via APIs, webhooks, standard connectors, and middleware
Analysis and design of data flows, interfaces, data mappings, and integration logic
Contributing to integration scenarios between CRM, ERP, collaboration, and third‑party systems
Acting as the technical point of contact for integration and automation topics within projects
Close collaboration with CRM, architecture, and business teams to implement robust end‑to‑end processes
Supporting architecture and solution design for scalable integration scenarios
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing integration workflows
Implementing error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms
Documenting integration architectures, interfaces, mappings, and operational logic
Considering security, data protection, and governance requirements
Supporting API‑related questions as well as testing, rollouts, and handovers to operations

Relevant professional experience in integration, automation, or iPaaS projects
Degree or vocational training in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
Experience with iPaaS, workflow, or automation platforms, e.g. Make, Workato, n8n, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar
Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, webhooks, and common interface patterns
Enjoyment of integration design, process logic, and technical problem solving
Independent, structured, and solution‑oriented working style
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 2 business trips per year)
