Requirements

• Strategic role in financial projects, acting as the link between regulators, business, and technology, ensuring complex rules are correctly translated into systemic solutions.
• Financial market experience (banks, fintechs, payment acquirers)
• Regulatory frameworks: BACEN, CVM, Open Finance, LGPD, PCI, etc.
• Agile methodologies
• Integrations between financial systems
