Role Overview
- Incident handling
- Root cause identification and opening and tracking of tickets
- Analysis of technical and functional issues
- Planning and conducting tests with users
- Deployment control and creation of change management processes
- Coordination with internal teams, vendors and clients
- Availability for a hybrid model: on-site 3 days per week in Santo Amaro, São Paulo
Requirements
- Knowledge of investment fund custody
- Basic technical knowledge
- Execute SELECT queries and analyze logs
- Participate in technology incident management
- Initiative to resolve problems and errors
- Degree in a technology/IT-related field
- Basic understanding of systems architecture
- Database knowledge (Oracle, SQL Server or similar)
- Business knowledge focused on custody, fund administration and fund control
- Experience working as a systems analyst in a financial institution
