Assist with Label and Insert Cage daily operations
Print Shippers -Match with packing slips and bring to shipping dock
Manage the samples process in coordination with S&R Material Handler personnel
Correct paperwork errors
File corrected paperwork
Work with all departments on incoming packages review, receipt, and delivery
Checks in all incoming and outgoing drivers and assigns dock doors
Manages cycle counts and generates cycle count lists
Root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies
Prepare customer inventory reports
Process obsolete/returns/rejects materials directed by the customer
Manages Verification of Destruction process
Adherence to all company policies and procedures
Assists with updates to company policies and procedures
Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system using the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions
Instills a sense of quality through modeled quality behaviors and mindset
Assists with Training and Orientation, as needed
Elevates complaints and problems, seeks Management assistance
Ensures proper PPE’s and Safety procedures are followed
Flexibly to work other shifts, maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred
3+ years’ experience in a similar environment
The ability to work independently, without supervision required
Ability to organize priorities and workload required
