Role Overview
- Provide clerical support for the warehouse
- Shipping and Receiving
- Reporting Daily Shipping Report
- Scan Inbound/Outbound Paperwork to all customers
- Assist with Returns / PC-Returns / Damages / VODS / RTPs
- Assist with Label and Insert Cage daily operations
- Print Shippers -Match with packing slips and bring to shipping dock
- Manage the samples process in coordination with S&R Material Handler personnel
- Correct paperwork errors
- File corrected paperwork
- Work with all departments on incoming packages review, receipt, and delivery
- Checks in all incoming and outgoing drivers and assigns dock doors
- Manages cycle counts and generates cycle count lists
- Root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies
- Prepare customer inventory reports
- Process obsolete/returns/rejects materials directed by the customer
- Manages Verification of Destruction process
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Assists with updates to company policies and procedures
- Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system using the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions
- Instills a sense of quality through modeled quality behaviors and mindset
- Assists with Training and Orientation, as needed
- Elevates complaints and problems, seeks Management assistance
- Ensures proper PPE’s and Safety procedures are followed
- Flexibly to work other shifts, maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associates Degree or equivalent combination preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar environment
- The ability to work independently, without supervision required
- Ability to organize priorities and workload required
