Manager, Strategic Account Management – Impulse, Fresh/Frozen, Non-Alcoholic Categories

Role Overview

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support strategic plans and business initiatives.
• Lead efforts to identify and communicate goals, measure progress, and address improvement opportunities.
• Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, and standards while promoting continuous learning and adaptability.
• Utilize business acumen to analyze market trends, interpret data, and recommend solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Drive sales activities by articulating product features and value propositions to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to build joint business plans and support revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, healthcare, or related area and 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
• 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, healthcare, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
• Proven experience in strategic account management with strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics, data models, and market trends to inform decision-making and drive revenue growth.
• Expertise in negotiation and communication to influence outcomes and build effective partnerships.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, product assortment, and sales forecasting techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to achieve business objectives.
• Commitment to integrity, ethical standards, and continuous improvement in a dynamic business environment.
