Partner with program managers and other levels of management to promote a diverse, inclusive, and productive working environment, supporting workforce development initiatives.
Implement and enforce human resources policies and best practices to drive organizational change, ensure compliance, and build employee engagement.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and operations teams to assess recruitment needs, streamline processes, and facilitate employee onboarding for new team members.
Provide direction and guidance on performance management, including coaching, career development, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, providing support on employee relations, interpretation of employment laws, and company policies and procedures.
Investigate employee complaints and allegations by conducting interviews, gathering information, providing feedback, and proposing and implementing corrective actions aimed at resolving issues and preventing recurrence.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws governing employee relations and organizational policies.
Identify training needs for the workforce; deliver or coordinate the delivery of training on non-operational topics such as leadership development, ethics training, benefits enrollment, and compliance.
Facilitate program start-up activities, including employee communications, orientation, onboarding, and collaboration with management to ensure smooth transitions and proper system implementation.
Conduct group presentations to communicate corporate policies, annual organizational activities (e.g., benefits enrollment, ethics training), and processes to employees.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within and outside the HR function and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to drive efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Provide guidance on the management of workforce challenges, offering solutions to address unique issues affecting employee populations across locations.
Provide recommendations and support for program management to align financial and operational objectives with HR strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including HR generalist responsibilities and strategic leadership.
Proven experience collaborating with other functional areas, including recruitment, operations, and management teams.
Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, including investigating complaints, advising on employee conduct, and managing disciplinary actions.
Comprehensive understanding of employment laws, labor practices, and best practices in HR compliance.
Leadership skills with experience driving change, managing ambiguity, and leading organizations through organizational change.
Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and listening skills to establish relationships and promote collaboration at all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple complex processes, and solve administrative and operational challenges independently.
Strong research skills to review labor laws, regulations, and policies, and develop recommendations for action.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally. Passport should be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.
Ability to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance for the duration of deployment.
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.
