HR Manager – Healthcare, Health Tech

Role Overview

• You ensure HR processes at GoMedicus run smoothly — from recruiting and contract drafting to issuing employment references.
• You are the reliable point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters.
• You manage the People inbox as the first point of contact for all employee HR requests.
• You maintain and structure personnel data in Personio so it is always up to date and ready for reporting.
• You advise managers on personnel-related matters — discreetly, in a structured and solution-oriented way.
• You create job postings according to company standards and the hiring managers' specifications.

Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training with a focus on business administration (BWL), psychology, humanities, or HR
• 2+ years of experience in a comparable HR role — contract management, personnel administration, operational HR, or in a consulting firm
• Experience in a startup, growth company, management consultancy, VC/PE or a similar environment
• Basic knowledge of German labor law — you know when to escalate an issue
• Experience with Personio or comparable HR tools is a plus
• German fluent at native-speaker level
• English fluent in spoken and written form
