About this role

Own the end-to-end architecture for Member platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives
Define integration patterns for enrollment, ID Cards, and member data systems
Champion modernization initiatives, including API-first design, cloud adoption, and data interoperability
Ensure seamless integration across internal systems and external partners
Collaborate with Product Owners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet regulatory and business requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
10+ years of progressive IT experience, including direct oversight of large technology implementations
Prior experience leading teams of 8+ individuals with proven people leadership skills
5 + years of demonstrated expertise in member administration platforms and enterprise API management
3+ years of strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, business case development, and proforma creation
