Independent participation in ongoing financial accounting with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Reviewing, classifying and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
Recording bank and cash transactions and assisting with payment processing according to internal approval procedures
Performing account reconciliations (general ledger accounts, receivables, payables and, if applicable, intercompany)
Supporting preparatory tasks for monthly and annual financial statements (e.g., reconciliations, compiling supporting documents)
Maintaining and updating master data in the ERP system
Assisting with VAT-related matters, in particular by reviewing supporting documents and providing preparatory work
Clearing outstanding items and coordinating with internal departments
Handling general administrative tasks, including documentation, filing and supporting processes

Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, tax clerk) or an equivalent qualification
Practical experience in accounting; experience in specific sub-areas is desirable
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage (e.g., Navision/Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
Structured and reliable work style with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Team-oriented personality with clear, service-focused communication
Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus
