Independently plan, execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta/Facebook Ads
Continuously analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and derive concrete optimization measures
Create and maintain campaign reporting and present results to senior management
Develop and test ad creatives, landing pages and A/B tests to improve conversion rates
Manage and further develop additional digital channels such as TikTok Ads, programmatic advertising and affiliate marketing
Work closely with content, design and product teams to develop cross-channel campaign concepts
Monitor the online gaming market and competitors and identify new growth opportunities
Manage campaign budgets and provide proactive reporting on deviations
