Provide Scrum Master support for 1–3 Agile teams operating in high-complexity, dependency-heavy environments
Facilitate all Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and Program Increment (PI) Planning
Lead PI Planning sessions and support teams in successfully delivering PI objectives
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog prioritization and solution refinement aligned to business goals
Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and impediments, including defining impact, ownership, mitigation plans, and resolution timelines
Manage and coordinate cross-team dependencies, ensuring alignment and minimizing delivery risks across multiple Agile teams
Facilitate executive stakeholder readouts, providing clear updates, insights, and delivery transparency
Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and Agile coaching, fostering a culture of adaptability and learning
Oversee Scrum and Kanban workflows, optimizing team processes and delivery efficiency
Ensure adherence to Change and Release management standards
Coordinate and prioritize resolution of production defects, incidents, and problem records to minimize business impact

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of experience working in large-scale, multi-team enterprise Agile environments
7-8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably at a senior level
Strong expertise in Scrum and Kanban frameworks, with working knowledge of SAFe principles
Proven experience managing risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies in complex environments
Experience facilitating PI Planning and presenting to executive stakeholders
Background in Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships
