Role Overview
- Oversee and guide sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Implement strategies, monitor performance, and support sales initiatives
- Report directly to the Sales Director
- Serve as liaison between sales Leadership, Marketing and Distributors
- Review status of projects and budgets
Requirements
- Total experiences in Building Automation min 10 years, included Fire Alarm business ecosystem, such vertical market, trend demand market, key-players
- Proven track record in strong channel & project-based selling experiences for Safety System
- Skilled in solution selling & competitive positioning against major Fire Alarm brands
- Ability to translate technical feature into value proportion for safety, compliance and cost
- Ability to lead sales team & managing partner
- Ability to create culture of accountability, collaboration and customer obsession
