Oversee all sales activities related to LenelS2 Synergy within a major region or specific vertical markets.
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to enable the success of the projects business and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners.
Ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
Support high-value contract negotiations and complex RFP responses within the assigned region.
Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience within the security access control and video industry, with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
Influential leader capable of influencing and managing vertical project sales within given region.
Deep knowledge of the physical security market, including access control, video management systems (VMS), and cloud-based security solutions.
Deep knowledge of the construction eco system related to new project builds.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and effectively prioritize competing demands.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is strongly preferred.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently (up to 30%) across the assigned territory and to corporate events/trade shows.
