Requirements
- previous successful experience in improving customer journey, client service or similar job roles
- degree in insurance or management will be a plus
- ability to work well in a self-directed, fast paced environment
- familiarity with administration software and KPIs
- thorough, organized with an eye for detail
- bilingual in English and Portuguese
