They are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive growth by generating high-intent leads, implementing innovative performance marketing strategies, and analyzing data to inform growth decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Be the driving force behind the Sales team: You generate high-intent leads through a creative channel mix (digital & offline) that delivers impressive CACs by aligning with the unique needs of restaurant owners, franchisees and other delivery companies
- Architect a "Find the Needle" SEO strategy: Go beyond traffic; increase visibility for high-intent niche keywords and create content that converts franchisees into leads
- Lead unconventional Performance Marketing: Implement multi-channel strategies across Meta, Google, and AI-driven outreach, while experimenting with "out-of-the-box" tactics like direct mail or D2D to reach busy decision-makers
- Turn data into growth decisions: Rigorously analyze performance and unit economics to optimize measures and scale the channels that actually move the needle
Requirements:
- Proven experience in growth marketing with a talent for finding leads in non-traditional places (O2O, hyper-local, or AI-automated outreach)
- Extensive knowledge of Google and Meta, plus the creativity to integrate 'analog' channels like post/mail and door-to-door activities into a digital funnel
- Expertise at interpreting trends and unit economics (LTV/CAC) to translate complex data into clear, actionable ROI for the business
- Hands-on experience briefing and steering external SEO/Creative agencies to ensure they hit niche-specific KPIs
- Detail-oriented approach to maintaining quality, brand consistency, and high conversion rates across all performance channels
- Fluent in English; German or Dutch is a significant advantage
