Own and lead the company's performance marketing strategy across paid social, search and emerging channels, with paid social as the primary growth lever
Manage substantial monthly budgets with full accountability for where spend is invested, scaled or paused
Lead agency relationships and evaluate opportunities to bring channels in-house
Build and develop a growing performance team, fostering a culture of speed, experimentation and accountability while staying hands-on where needed
Partner with the creative strategist lead to build scalable creative systems and structured testing frameworks that convert insights into action
Serve as the senior performance voice to founders and leadership, translating complex data into clear commercial decisions
Requirements
Minimum 8 years experience
Proven experience scaling performance marketing in a high-growth D2C or consumer-led business, with a minimum 7-figure budget
Strong track record of owning and scaling spend while improving return on investment
Experience building and leading performance marketing teams
Deep paid social expertise and belief in its scalability
Commercially minded and outcome-focused
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, low-structure environments
Entrepreneurial: treating performance as a mini business within the business
