About this role
Role Overview
You take functional and strategic ownership of our products from concept through to acceptance.
You collaborate with the Product Manager to shape a customer-centric product vision, a coordinated roadmap and a release plan aligned with strategy and corporate objectives.
You evaluate and prioritize requirements using agile methods and create features and user stories.
You work together with the Product Manager, the team and the architects to develop solutions that reflect an end-to-end process perspective. In doing so, you will gradually take over topics from current subject-matter owners.
You coordinate independently and, when required, cross-functionally with other business and technical areas.
Requirements
You hold a degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with several years of professional experience, or possess a comparable qualification.
You have experience as a Product Owner and are comfortable working in agile ways of working. Tools such as Jira and Confluence are part of your daily routine.
You demonstrate an independent and self-directed working style and bring strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, creativity/innovative drive and a strong quality mindset.
You have business-fluent German (at least C1) and good English skills (B2 level).
You are motivated and enthusiastic about interdisciplinary collaboration based on an open, honest and respectful working culture.
