Design intuitive, customer-first mobile app experiences across iOS and Android
Translate complex home buying concepts into clear, approachable UI and flows
Design and iterate on: Customer onboarding and education experiences, Warranty request and service workflows, AI chatbot interactions and conversation patterns
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Salesforce teams, CX, Marketing and Field Ops
Partner with Salesforce stakeholders to ensure app experiences align with backend workflows and data models
Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Apply Lennar’s design system while helping evolve it for mobile-first use cases
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements
Help define how the app experience is reviewed, shared, and showcased internally
Requirements
7+ years of experience in product, UX/UI, or app design
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design and UX thinking
Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
Experience designing customer-facing products with complex flows
Comfort collaborating with engineers, product managers, and Field Ops
Familiarity with Salesforce-supported workflows or CRM-driven products
Curiosity about AI tools, chatbots, or conversational design
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems
Ability to work autonomously and bring clarity to ambiguous problems
Confidence presenting design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
Bonus: Experience designing apps that support education, onboarding, or service requests
Familiarity with home buying, real estate, fintech, or customer service platforms
