Role Overview
- Monitor and manage the production of the Department’s internal KPIs
- Provide analytical insights on results
- Track project progress
- Coordinate project monitoring dashboards
- Propose and update performance indicators to monitor programs, including construction projects
- Gather and synthesize information to produce reports
- Develop communication strategies and key messages to promote the Department’s activities and services
- Support management with organizational needs
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Background: Business school or equivalent
- Project management skills
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Proficiency in French and English
- Strong proficiency with office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- Interest in technical and HSE topics
- Autonomous, proactive, and a strong team player
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a dynamic attitude
