About this role
Role Overview
Primary responsibility for preparatory payroll processing across locations in cooperation with the external service provider ADP
Maintenance and verification of payroll-relevant employee data and management of payroll records
Definition, documentation, and continuous optimization of payroll processes (including interface management with ADP)
Account reconciliation and coordination with finance (financial accounting) and controlling
Support for internal audits and external reviews
Communication with external authorities (e.g., tax office, health insurance providers, social security agencies) in the context of payroll
Participation in various exciting HR-internal projects
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training and/or a degree in business administration with a focus on HR
Relevant professional experience in HR, ideally in a similar role
Very good knowledge of and several years' experience in payroll accounting
Experience with the HR administration system Workday is desirable
Good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
