Prepare detailed and accurate property risk survey proposals using standardised templates, including initial drafts and coordination of fee calculations.
Scope survey work precisely by liaising with clients and brokers, organising site visits, coordinating field logistics, and managing project documentation.
Ensure timely communication and coordination of all the specified activities in line with the scope of work.
Support the Natural Catastrophe (NatCat) team by assisting with modelling efforts, developing concise research summaries, and integrating data with GIS tools.
Manage administrative follow-up on Opportunities for Improvement (OFIs) by coordinating with clients to monitor progress at individual sites.
Strictly adhere to all established Property Risk Consulting standard operating procedures to maintain compliance, quality assurance, and operational excellence throughout all consulting activities.
Requirements
A graduate with a degree in Engineering (e.g., Structural, Mechanical, Chemical, Fire) or related discipline.
2-3 years of experience working within a risk and/or insurance environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and data management tools.
Project management / project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Solid understanding of Property Risk consulting concepts; ability to apply property engineering knowledge in support roles.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a valuation team.
