Manage and execute daily operational tasks, including updates to DocuSign CLM intake forms and agreement templates (e.g., Service Orders, Amendments, Master Agreement, etc.).
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for process changes and enhancements in Salesforce (Accounts, Opportunities) and Salesforce CPQ (Products, Quoting).
Partner with the various GTM Ops Teams to identify, solution, and implement process improvements across our end-to-end sales lifecycle.
Act as a key liaison between the GTM Ops Teams and our technical IT partners, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Develop a deep understanding of our sales processes and become the go-to technical subject matter expert (SME) for the business on tools like Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and DocuSign CLM.
Support strategic projects aimed at enhancing our sales technology stack and operational workflows.
