Customer support: As the first point of contact, you assist our customers with their questions.
With your product expertise you help existing customers address their needs and inquiries regarding their dental supplementary insurance plans.
Knowledge management: You support the creation and continuous development of our digital knowledge base.
Process optimization and automation: You play an important role in improving and optimizing our processes and the customer journey within Customer Success.
Requirements
Experience in customer support: You have prior experience in customer service or similar customer-facing roles.
Organizational skills and teamwork: You possess organizational and communication skills.
Dental knowledge is a plus.
Interest in insurance topics: You have curiosity about the insurance sector or the willingness to train in this area.
MS Office skills: Ideally you have knowledge of MS Office applications.
Workplace language competence: You have excellent German skills (at least C1) in spoken and written form.
Additionally, you have fluent English skills.
