The core outcome of the role will be to execute campaigns from brief to go live across Acquisition, Retention and VIP Activity.
Works closely with a variety of in-house teams to execute all campaign activity on time and in full.
Must have high levels of organization and a very detailed orientated approach to workloads.
Must be proactive
suggesting improvements to briefs and campaigns, highlight opportunities based on fixtures, trends, and execution learnings.
Manage ALL of the executional details from brief through design to website, media and direct to customer, working closely with design | CRM | CMS teams.
Own and fully use Task management tools (ClickUp | Trello) to manage all calendars, campaign details, all assets and all approvals.
Requirements
4 to 6 years – experience in a similar role
MUST have category experience and a strong understanding of category mechanics
Demonstrated Marketing campaign experience across Acquisition and Retention, including briefing | conceptual development | Asset roll out
Demonstrated understanding messaging hierarchy vs campaign outcomes
Demonstrated experience of prioritizing campaigns as they come in
Good understanding and have worked on campaigns that include digital marketing channels, social media content and direct to customer as outcomes
Must have used ClickUp | Trello as a task management tool
Demonstrated experience retaining agile behaviours while still introducing functional maturity
