Role Overview
- Lead complex IT projects on a global scale
- Partner with the business to provide an internal consulting mindset
- Drive projects using established IT project governance and execution model
- Ensure successful execution and end-to-end delivery of digital projects
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
- Oversee budgets, risks, IT deliverables, and resource allocation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT engineering, business administration, or similar
- Extensive experience managing complex IT projects and/or programs covering LIMS, MES, WMS in an international context
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain domains
- Hands-on experience delivering IT projects within regulated industries
- Experience with LIMS and MES implementations (LabVantage and Traksys experience is a plus)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and partnership abilities
