About this role
Role Overview
Develop and execute account strategies to maximise client satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects in South Africa and Africa.
Act as the primary point of contact for key automotive clients.
Build strong relationships with key decision makers.
Analyse market trends and client feedback to inform product development and innovation.
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling of additional services.
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure client needs are met.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years’ B2B sales experience in automotive industry.
Experience of using AI in Sales to enhance your sales functionality & capability.
A proven track record of existing business sales in a technology solution sales environment.
Professional structured sales approach incorporating Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling and Closing Techniques.
Ability to develop existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to analyse client data and market trends.
