About this role
Role Overview
Maximize retention
Grow revenue through upsell and cross-sell
Serve as the strategic point of contact for your clients
Lead onboarding in coordination with operational teams
Maintain regular client follow-up (calls, QBRs, activity updates)
Analyze logistics performance and identify optimization opportunities
Anticipate churn risks and implement action plans
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Develop and present high-value recommendations
Negotiate and close contractual changes
Relay client feedback to Product and Ops teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the offering and processes
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Account Management/Customer Success/Business Development B2B
Ideally within logistics, e-commerce, SaaS or services
Strong ability to manage client accounts autonomously
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Ability to analyze data and make business recommendations
Comfortable with negotiation and commercial development
Organized, detail-oriented and structured mindset
