Conduct on-site visits and provide remote support to Smart's clients, managing payroll closing processes, mandatory submissions/compliance, and clients' internal HR activities;
Optimize clients' internal processes, focusing on improvements to payroll closing activities and Human and Organizational Development (DHO);
Assist in creating documentation to structure the HR department's activities;
Perform recruitment and selection for Smart's clients;
Requirements
Proficient in all HR routines such as employee onboarding, mandatory submissions/compliance, processing electronic timekeeping/attendance closures, benefits administration, occupational health (medical exams), and labor-related payroll calculations;
Up-to-date knowledge of labor/employment law;
Experience in an accounting firm and HR consultancy is a plus;
Comfortable with and enjoy a routine that includes regular on-site client visits;
